Senior International Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the target market and comprehensive knowledge of products.
  • Customer and Distributor Engagement: Actively build and expand relationships with existing customers and manage effective distributorship channels in your regions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and deals.
  • Travel and Networking: Travel to customers and distributors and participate in conferences around the world to promote NenoVision and its products.
  • Offer Preparation and Presentation: Independently prepare and defend compelling sales offers.
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Implement and optimize strategic sales plans and initiatives to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Customer Orientation: Serve as a significant partner to customers and distributors, addressing essential issues and fostering strong relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative environment through understanding and supporting both personal and team dynamics.
  • Opportunity Identification: Translate company goals and strategies into actionable sales opportunities and strategies.
  • Educational Background: University degree in a technical area.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in international sales.
  • Language Proficiency: Very good command of spoken and written English and Czech.
  • Driving License: Possession of a B driving license.
  • Self-Education: Commit to personal learning and development activities.
