NenoVision is going to take part at the European FIB Network Workshop 2019 which takes place in Dresden, Germany, the 12th – 14th June. This year's venue is in the Helmholtz-Zentrum, Dresden-Rossendorf and we are happy to announce that you will have a chance to the hear Jan Neuman's speech about AFM-in-SEM LiteScope™: tool for in-situ analysis of FIB modified materials.
