NenoVision at the 9th European Nanoanalysis Symposium

The meeting organized by the Fraunhofer-Gesselshaft and the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) will be a web-based event. It is also free of charge for the participants of the 9th European School for Young Materials Scientists. Our CEO Jan Neuman will give a lecture on the novel AFM-in-SEM approach in correlative microscopy.
