A new version of NenoView software is out

For the beginning of May is scheduled a regular cumulative actualization of NenoView. What will it bring?

The most significant change you can expect in the new version of software specially developed for operating the AFM-in-SEM LiteScope is the implementation of CPEM Plus. This AI-driven functionality gives the researchers an option to get help with the correlation of images acquired by different techniques. Dealing either just with their offset or both offset and e-beam drift can be now entrusted to artificial intelligence. That result means a more time-efficient workflow without spending time on routine tasks such as manual image correlation.

Apart from implementing CPEM Plus, our developers have also focused on improving the tools for controlling the LiteScope's additional modules. Together with the facilitation of the use of nanoindenter, the software support of the recently released sample rotation module was introduced. The script fans will also be delighted because of the Python scripting manual included in the actualization.

Let's try it out!
