Cells conjugated with particles

The cell line was isolated from breast cancer metastasis and was subsequently conjugated with hyaluronic acid nanoparticles. In order to understand the behaviour of said cells, multimodal analysis was required. 

Therefore, the AFM-in-SEM technique was utilised to find the the individual conjugated cells using SEM and to study the topological/morphological features together with their mechanical properties.
