NenoVision in a research project with prestigious institutions

Research on the unique AFM-in-SEM LiteScope continues in cooperation with top scients from the Brno region area.

Up to now, the novelty and advantages of the CPEM technology have brought numerous scientists to cooperate with our company and piloting our unique AFM-in-SEM, LiteScope. However, its development continues. Therefore NenoVision has joined other top research institutions from Brno to run a project that will lead to further improvement of this microscopic device.

Institute of Physical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Brno University of Technology, Institute of Physics of Materials and Institute of Scientific Instruments of Czech Academy of Sciences unite their forces with NenoVision to work on a series of upgrades for LiteScope.
