Our partner Aptco Group has put together a new page dedicated to LiteScope for the Thermo Scientific™ Phenom™ XL G3 - bringing AFM and SEM together in one compact desktop instrument.
The new page covers true 3D surface topography and local material properties, without moving your sample between systems.
There will also be a couple of webinars coming up on September 10 and 17, where we'll walk through it together. More details and registration soon.
Registration opens mid-August.
